Overview
“Land Pooling Policy of DDA had been notified by the Ministry of Urban Development on 5.9.2013, and had approved the operational guidelines also for implementing the policy. DDA is set to turn areas identified for land pooling into a giant, integrated City having mass transport, metro, 24x7 water and power supplies, besides parks, retail outlets, hospitals, schools and colleges, etc.,
The villages in rural areas under various planning zones (including our already purchased land in L-Zone), have been declared as ‘Úrban areas’, on 16th May, 2017, by Delhi Government. Almost all leading newspapers widely covered it in headlines ’High rise revolution set to give Delhi lakhs of homes’.
THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WELFARE SOCIETY (NGO) (registered) has already purchased land in L-Zone (West Delhi III) New Delhi 110073, in the proximity of Dwarka, IG International Airport, upcoming Diplomatic Enclave, and Convention Centre. The Society has decided to construct multi-storey flats for its members on no profit no loss basis under DDA’s Land Pooling Scheme.
